To solve the problem, Chad earned IICRC training in hard surface cleaning and restoration.
That was only the beginning. Over the next 13 years, he completed thousands of tile and grout restorations, learning what works and what does not in real homes.
He invested in truck mounted equipment, professional steam systems and advanced color sealing techniques that restore rather than replace.
